Ive spent DAYS on the telephone and in stores trying to go elementary things washed. They make a ton of mistakes, even while you are talking to them on the phone. (Many agents practise not embrace English on a bones level)
Today: As in a Kafkaesque world, later on waiting for one hour and 7 minutes, I talk to someone in billing who misunderstands me constantly, and who cannot help me getting me my money back that THEY OWE ME DUE TO OVER CHARCHING... then she signs me out of the plan ( by mistake) although I am begging her non to... she and then says I take to speak to costumer service to get back on the plan she just - ane minute ago - mistakingly signed me out of .. I say I can't wait another hr

I know employees in the stores desire out, they are just as fed up as we, the costumers..

Horrible services from SUPERVISOR on AT&T chat
I received horrible client services assistance from AT&T. I used the chat feature for assistance. the rep wasn't able to help and sent me to the supervisor who provided the worst feel ever. He did not address my concerns and ended the call while I was still typing a question. No, "is that all" - no indication that the chat was catastrophe. And noticeably the feedback screen that inquire you specific questions near the rep did not appear. All the same, I was able to download and print the chat transcript so I have all the info to follow-up
Difficult to connect with a real/knowledgeable support staff person
The amount of hoops you have to jump through to get in touch with someone who can help you is exhausting. Took me an hour just to ask someone for a copy of my pecker, which was missing from the website for some reason. After all that, apparently information technology takes a calendar week to process the request and ship me a pdf of my bill. Why would information technology take that long to send me a 4 page document that should be easier attainable from my account? Also, the fake typing sounds on the automated call response is abrasive and unnecessary.

The recent 3G shutdown caused my 4G phone service to cease working just because ATT did not test the phone model. I chosen and spent waiting hours to become the rep to find out that Galaxy A52 will non exist supported. This sucks. I switched to a supported phone model to reactive the service. I called customer service over again. I was asked to visit the shop to verify my identity considering they couldn't verify the passcode. They were able to verify the passcode during the previous call just not now. Went to the store to verify and they were laughing as they have never seen this request before. They put a note on my account saying verified but I demand to phone call ATT once more. I am wondering how people who don't desire the features of 4G or 5G are handling the poorly planned 3G switch off. ATT policy volition soon take many customers out. I will switch all 4 family members to different carriers before long. Adieu Bye ATT. Don't advertise your service.

I accept been with A T & T for eighteen or 19 years, when I was told I would become $1000.00 for my Iphone 11 to upgrade to an Iphone 13, I thought it was a grate deal when I called the beginning time they said information technology would take about 2 months to show on my bill, when I called the second time they said I needed to upgrade to get the promotion, so we upgraded, when I called the tertiary time, they said I merely got $500 and they don't put $500 on your phone, they pay y'all $11 a month on your bill we y'all. So at present they have my phone and I owe the total for the new phone, I will never be a A T & T client again.

Recently, my parents were forced into getting AT&T fiber optic. They told us it would be faster, better, and more EXPENSIVE. On the bright side, it was SUPPOSED to improve our VOIP connectedness stability. Guess what… two weeks after the installation, NO PHONE and NO Internet. May 6, 2022, at around iii:thirty-4 PM the cobweb optic VOIP and Cyberspace failed. Two days later (ON MOTHERS Twenty-four hour period, NO LESS) we still don't have phone or internet. I am listed every bit a contact for the account. Neither my mother or I received an email notice or txt alarm of the problem.
I have to dig around on the AT&T website to learn that there is a problem. All it says is something like "we take detected a problem… service should be restored within 24h. This store is the worst. I have so many issues trying to exercise anything.
i. I had to go round and round to buy a new phone because I am on a prepaid program and didn't need a new 2 yr plan.
2. When I purchased numerous braided cables for Android and apple phones, I was initially told they had a lifetime warranty. When I had to return one, I was told that I only had a twelvemonth, not a lifetime. Today I needed to return the 2nd iphone cable and At&t wouldn't aid because they are not a corporate store, and fifty-fifty though I had the receipt, was within the year, I had the box, just unfortunately the box had a motion picture of a white cable, instead of the black I was attempting to render.
3. At&t Cust omer Service told me to phone call Apple, fifty-fifty though the box says At&t. Apple told me that they couldn't help because it's an AT&T cord. I purchased the cables from at&t at twice the cost of others, because of the warranties, but unfortunately they practice not stand past their products or promises. Also Apple told me that had I ordered thru them online, they would have sent me a new one, no questions asked.
four. My blood brother had me on a decent program through his AT&T business relationship, but when I purchased the replacement telephone (LG) they knocked me off of my blood brother's programme and started me over, costing me an additional $25 per month.
Actually one star is too much after all my troubles.

I have been an AT&T customer for more twenty years. Unfortunately, I will be changing ALL of my services. I recently moved into a new home and have gone through so much turmoil to simply transfer service. I placed the order on four/thirty (an hour long phone call) and was told service would exist transferred 5/three. On 5/3, I notwithstanding did not take service. I called and remained on the telephone with technical support for i hour and 25 minutes. All the same no service. An club was placed for a service technician to come to my habitation v/7. Today, I've been told my order was cancelled, however, no 1 could provide me a reason. I confirmed my engagement and was told past Ishant (CS supervisor as he introduced himself) that my appointment was confirmed on my end via text. Each fourth dimension I speak with someone, there is some complication. This is very frustrating especially when y'all work from home. I will definitely escalate this issue within the organization.

For a calendar month know my phones been cutting off people/calls drop and I call att customer service, they help modify my SIM card for free but… couples days later it's starts messing up over again !! And now I getting more and more frustrated cause people say they tin't hear me, especially doctors for my son.! I called twice today and 2 reps tried to help me and they wanted me to reset the phones and I told them won't that disconnected our calls, and they said they will stand up by.. lies. I did what they said merely zippo non fifty-fifty 10 minutes my husbands calls me and the calls still messes up between our conversations I'm getting tired of this I'thousand gonna switch back to metro. Only affair that sucks I'll have a bad account with att but that there error no rep can't fix my phone without making me pay a deductible!!
Forget ATT if traveling, just go T-mobile
Traveling currently in Republic of costa rica merely spending hours each day calling ATT to have our phones "restored" as they go on getting blocked. I am only giving them a two-star review because the Live Chat guy that first tried to help us with a telephone issue was nice...even though I call back he may accept been office of what farther messed the phone up. The phone was not working correctly...was working and so all of a sudden telling usa nosotros had to call to because there was a trouble with the prepaid phone. When nosotros messaged with the representative information technology began working for a few minutes then he told usa to restart information technology. At that point the SIM card totally quit working. He and so transferred us to his supervisor, who took ii seconds and gave us a number to phone call or the sage communication to visit the AT&T shop.
When we called the number, the lady was polite in checking. Until she informed u.s., even though I had given her all the numbers and proper name of the phone, that the AT&T BRAND PHONE WITH AN AT&T SIM Bill of fare WAS Non AUTHORIZED FOR THE AT&T NETWORK. After arguing with her near this and repeating myself multiple times, she offered a new SIM card in 1-2 days or to make me an appointment at the AT&T store. Needless to say not helpful or straightforward about our bug.

I've read several reviews where the consumer entered the agreement under false pretense; then, when calling to rectify the situation, yous are transferred to several different operators to repeat your trouble repeatedly. I come across at present this is an avoidance tactic often used in this visitor to avoid dealing with the client's complaint, found error, or a dishonest do. Absolutely absurd and factual statements! I am a beginning and last time client of ATT&T. Delight be advised this is a dishonest visitor with deceptive practices, poor connection, and poor customer service on a regular basis. The thirteenth calendar month has been merely as distasteful equally month one. I will take the monetary loss to rid this affliction; for prospective clients, don't waste your hard-earn coin. I have learned the hard manner.

Dissatisfied/Frustrated Customer
May four, 2022, I had discovered my Senior parents were paying $72.02/mo since 2019 & were not using the wireless phone.
I phoned Customer Service with the intent to abolish the service. Customer Service advised of needing a passcode in society to complete the request. Customer Service suggested visiting a store to aid me in resetting the passcode. I had visited 1 store which advised to visit the "large" store 30 miles away advising they could non reset passcode nor cancel service. The "big" store stated the new password was updated & just Customer Service was authorized to cancel service. I contacted Client Service, Loyalty & Retentions Department, 6 times with the results as follows: password was not updated & nothing else could exist done after I requested to speak with a Supervisor.
I phoned Customer Service for the seventh (7) fourth dimension speaking with Brittany, BG159H, & she reset the passcode & she successfully cancelled the service.
It had taken five.5 hours of my day to cancel a service that was non beingness used.

Horrible service in Las Vegas, NV. Do not go ATT if u r going to or alive in Las Vegas. Deceit access bus passes, deceit get Uber. When do Uber gets lost if they have ATT. Also seems similar the wealthy neighborhoods take no issues. Merely underprivledged areas like North Las Vegas & east side have no service. I experience like i traveled back in fourth dimension twenty years w/ the service here. This is a big metropolis one of the fastest growing in country however we are treated w/ service similar we live out in desert away f/ any infastructure
